To steep or not to steep, at your discretion. Our founders have spent years designing the ultimate tea-infuser. With a wide spout the Mennä ONE guarantees the perfect pour or sip. The infuser basket not only works well with bagged tea but can handle loose tea as well. Start and stop your brewing whenever you’d like with a simple twist of the ring. Works for both hot and cold liquids and lets you enjoy your brew for up to 6 hours. Once the top is locked, it’s safe and spill free. If that wasn’t enough the Mennä ONE is easy to disassemble and put directly into your dishwasher after a quick rinse.
Using the Mennä One (watch a video)
1. Twist the Mennä ring to the open position
2. Remove both infuser baskets (note: this will not unscrew unless the Mennä ring is in the open position)
3. Fill the infuser with your favourite tea (loose or bagged)
4. Screw the inner infuser to the cap (make sure the marks align)
5. Screw the outer basket to the cap (make sure the marks align, you will feel a click)
6. Fill the bottle to the MAX line with hot or cold water and screw on the Mennä cap
7. Enjoy!
8. Repeat steps 6-7 for multiple brews of your favorite tea leaves

Regular Cleaning: For day-to-day cleaning we recommend separating the vessel, cap, outer basket & infuser and then rinsing all pieces under running water. You may hand wash the pieces or run them through your regular dishwasher cycle.
WARNING: To ensure that hot water is not trapped inside the infuser it is is important that the Mennä ring is in the open position when separating the cap from the vessel.

The concept is perfect, the execution not so much. There I one component that is literally impossible to clean and because it is exposed to tea and components of herbals, like fruit and the fructose in said fruit, it develops mold that is impossible to clean out. This area is under the flat rubber gasket in the top chamber. I have found no suitable method to clean this area and am seriously allergic to all molds. (Seriously as in exposure lands me in hospital). It is now all so much expensive junk and I am incredibly disappointed because the parts can’t be cleaned not replaced and I drink almost nothing but tea and plain water. I really wanted to love it and brag about it to all my friends (products I love I give as gifts) but simply cannot.

It isn't the most straight forward clean, but it keeps you liquids very hot. Careful not to burn your tongue! Maybe for future models, have a way to trap less liquid with the tea when turning the steep off? I'm still getting used to mine, but I appreciate it a lot.

I've had the white Mennä One for a little over a month now, and it is a really brilliant product. Excellent for tea lovers/aficionados and those who enjoy infused beverages, the Mennä comes as advertised and then some. I was able to steep and re-steep my various tea blends multiple times from 1tsp, getting desired cups without any complicated or messy changes each time. All I had to do was add my tea (loose leafed or bagged), add water (hot, warm or cold), and with a simple twist start and stop steeping whenever I wanted and for any amount of times I wanted. This also applied for when I wanted separate infused beverages with spices, herbs and fruits. Found also that the canister was able to keep liquids hot for up to 9 - 10 hours before really start losing its heat. The canister itself seems sturdy and strong. Mine has dropped from me a few times, and a part from a little scrape and dent, everything is still functional. My only issue with the Mennä One is that it holds less than the canister appears to. I like big cups/mugs of tea, and the canister holds roughly 8 oz (1 cup). But I make it work for me. Haven't had a chance to try the new Mennä Two, but for those who prefer more that issue should be addressed. With the white Mennä, I also found that the inner infuser can be stained especially by black teas. This was easily solved though by cleaning with a little bleach solution. Overall, the Mennä One is an innovative and excellent product; 4.5 stars out of 5.

This steeper is in a league of its own; I clearly see that there was thought and care into making this product. It's extremely practical to make several batches from the same tea leaves: I just have to pour hot water while the tea leaves are contained in the infuser basket. I usually put my tea leaves in the morning and it lasts me througouht the day, I refill it three to four times. I also love the clean design that makes Mennä a pleasure to see and touch.
