All of our products are in stock ready to ship. Usually orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
We use USPS. If you wish to have your items EXPRESS shipped please email us at info@mennalife.com.
We use USPS for deliveries unless otherwise selected.
Deliveries are made mon-fri 8am to 7pm, there is no Saturday service available.
Depending on the shipping option you choose, we may not use a signed for delivery service so please choose a secure location for drop off.
Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. All refused packages will be treated as a return. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.
Once shipped, orders should take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive depending on the services elected and area you live in.

Under $100, we are pleased to offer various shipping methods. For shipments within the US, we chare a flat rate fee of $9.95 Please select the option that suits you best.

We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund or exchange your order within 30 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email info@mennalife.com & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days.
Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returns or exchanges.
Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged and with original packaging.
We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) (manufacturer defects only) returned to us that are unused.
Mennä Life offers a limited one year warranty policy. We warrant the product be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, color fading, or any condition affected by abuse, neglect, alteration, accident, lost parts or improper use and maintenance.
